A little More

I recently came across this quote by Sir Thomas More, which I tend to agree with.

“Education is not the piling on of learning, information, data, facts, skills,
or abilities - that's training or instruction - but is rather making visible
what is hidden as a seed.”

When taken in the context of the church, we see that many churches succeed in converting people to their way of thinking, their doctrinal bent. The real question is how much of our energy, focus, time and words is spent on making people into followers of Christ.

As Christ lives in us by his Holy Spirit, how much of our life is consumed with the ethereal, rather than getting to know this treasure in cracked pots.
